As mentioned earlier, a transaction consists of one or more screens. Most screens in SAP R/3 contain fields in which you enter or change data.A field is a single unit of information such as a division name or sales office.
Some fields contain data that is for display only; consequently, you cannot make any changes or delete any information. Fields that are shaded in gray contain data that you cannot change.
A field with the icon at the end of a field indicates that Search help is available for the field (see Finding Data).
After you enter data in a field, or when you want to skip a field, use the following keys:Tab - moves the cursor to the next field.
Shift + Tab - moves the cursor to the previous field.
Most screens in SAP R/3 contain fields in which you enter or change data. Fields are single units of information such as a customer's name or account number.
Often you may need to mark data in a list or table and then insert the data into a field.
When checking your work, SAP R/3 sometimes responds with either an error or system message. Error messages appear if an entry is unacceptable. System messages provide you with additional information about the entry.
In certain transactions, you can use the Goto, Extras, and Environment menus to view associated screens within your transaction.
After entering the data necessary to complete all of the screens in your transaction, you save your work by clicking the icon or pressing F11.0 TrackBacks
